Kamujine parish CMA seminar was held on 31st December 2022 and thereafter concluded with a holy mass led by Fr in Charge.
The Catholic Men’s Association (CMA) is a lay organization in the Catholic Church made up of men who seek to live out their Catholic faith and contribute to the Church and society through acts of service and charity. The organization is typically found in local parishes or dioceses, and members may meet regularly for prayer, fellowship, and service activities.
In our parish, CMA aims to help men grow in their faith and spiritual lives, as well as in their roles as husbands, fathers, and leaders in their families and communities. Members of the CMA may participate in retreats, Bible studies, and other spiritual formation activities to deepen their faith and relationship with God.
In addition to spiritual development, the CMA also emphasizes service and social outreach. Members may engage in charitable work, such as feeding the hungry, visiting the sick, or supporting pro-life initiatives. The CMA may also provide support for families and children in need, or advocate for social justice and the common good.
The CMA may work in collaboration with other Catholic organizations and groups, as well as with local church leaders and clergy. The organization is often guided by the teachings of the Catholic Church and seeks to live out the Gospel message in practical ways.
Overall, the Catholic Men’s Association is a lay organization in the Catholic Church that seeks to help men grow in their faith, spirituality, and service to others. The organization provides opportunities for men to deepen their relationship with God, support their families and communities, and contribute to the Church’s mission in the world.
